We answer calls for a broken spring, a door stuck on the track, an opener that clicks but doesn't lift, or a panel a car backed into. Tell us the symptom, not a diagnosis - you don't need to know what a torsion spring is before you dial. We'll ask a few questions: the door's age if you know it, whether it's one panel or two, and whether it moves at all.
One honest limit: if your opener is more than 15 years old and the board's fried, we may tell you replacement makes more sense than chasing parts for a discontinued model. We'd rather say that up front than have you pay twice.

We don't do commercial rolling steel doors or gate systems - if that's what you need, we'll tell you so on the phone instead of sending a truck out for nothing.
